Business Continuity Plan

NANA/Colt established their Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in order to be prepared for, function through, and successfully recover from emergency situations that would disrupt normal business operations.

The goal of the plan is to:

		Minimize operational and financial impacts of a disruption
		Identify advance preparation needed for adequate business continuity immediately after a disruption
		Allow prompt decision-making
		Provide communications procedures
		Address humanitarian needs
		Be scalable for a disruption of any size, duration, or complexity
